While this should have been an easy process, it was anything but. From 10:00AM until 5:00 PM, it was a crazy. God Bless "Isabella". She didn't leave us hanging and wondering what was happening. She kept us in the loop every step of the way. Yet, in this electronic age of listening to automated IT, asking the questions and trying to handle the process, one can get pretty upset.
